HireFit helps you tailor, build and translate your CV. This page explains what happens to the information you give it.
What you give us
The CV, cover letter, job ad, job link and form answers you enter, and any photo you add. We only use them to do what you ask.
How your CV is processed
When you tailor, build or translate a CV, or prepare for an interview, your text is sent securely to our server and then to Claude, an AI service made by Anthropic, which writes the result. Files you upload are read on our server to get the text, and job links are opened by our server to read the ad.
What we keep
We don't store your CV, cover letter, job ad or results on our servers. Your network (IP) address is kept in memory for a short time to prevent misuse, and our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs. A scrambled one-way code made from your network address (not the address itself) is stored for up to two days to limit daily use.
Premium and payments
To use the free CVs, you sign in with your Google account; we store your email and how many free CVs you've used. If you pay for HireFit, we store your email, the date your pass ends and any unused CV credits with Supabase, our account provider. If you turn Premium on by typing your email, we also store a scrambled code for each device you use (at most 2). Payments are processed by Paystack: we never see your card or Mobile Money details, and we keep only a record of each payment (reference, amount and date). You can delete your account at any time on the Premium page.
Anthropic
Anthropic processes your text only to produce your result. Under its commercial terms it doesn't use this data to train its AI models, and it may keep it for a limited time as described in its privacy policy at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
Kept on your device
Your photo, saved applications, chosen template, language and settings are stored only on this device. You can delete them by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
No ads, no tracking
We don't show ads, sell your data, or use tracking or analytics tools.
Your choice
You can refuse to send your CV to the AI, but the AI features won't work without it. You can withdraw your permission at any time below.
